They were broken and cheap quality. I did not like the painting. It was pricy. I would not recommend this item.

Red is not red!

Very disappointed, wanted to use for Christmas and the red is more like a brown. Returning!!!

Chipping already

These are super cute, but not made well. I got them as a Christmas gift and the rims are chipping not even 3 weeks later. Maybe you'll have better success if you don't put them in the dishwasher.

Very Pretty Mugs for Sale Price

These are beautiful mugs! However, they were not painted perfectly. All but two have very small chips or bad painting. Got them on a good sale price, so I am keeping them. Just be aware if you are a perfectionist.

Very poor quality. Used them through Christmas and one mug showed a crack inside around the bottom of the mug and another one chipped around the top.

Poor packaging

Mugs are beautiful but shipped on its original box. No padding. 2 has chips on rims. One has crack. Common this is breakable stuff.! Should be placed on another box with bubble wrap or something.Pls take tiime to pack it well ! It's common sense!
