1 piece platter

I placed an order for this Pumpkin Platter four-piece set based on the product description. However, I only received one platter. I contacted customer service to resolve this discrepancy. They informed me that a refund had already been processed 4 days ago which I find unlikely as today was the first time I reported this issue. I never received the rest of the set. I asked where the refund was processed to because I didn't request a refund nor received one but the agent abruptly ended the chat without providing an answer.
