Great quality

These are thick cups and don't feel like they would break easy. I love that the handle stays cool even when the inside has super hot liquid. Very good quality.

Beautiful but too fragile

These mugs are beautiful. They are also a good size and shape and have a comfortable handle. HOWEVER, before I was even able to get them in a gift box and wrapped, three of them got a small chip in the edge. I was not being rough with them at all and wasn't even aware of clinking them together.

Arrived damaged

These are beautiful mugs but unfortunately arrived damaged. I cannot and don't want to go to store for return.
