Disappointed!

First order of the boot vase arrived damaged! The item had been broken and someone had tried to repair it but left a chip out of the top. We promptly notified Macy's and got the return label. Returned the item the next day via UPS. The replacement items arrived today and were NOT the BOOT! Instead, it was four bowls of a completely different set! Therefore we need another return label. We no longer desire the boot, want our money back!!!

A Unique Vase

I love the boot vase. It's larger than I thought it would be and has a glossy, colorful finish. I love things from Certified International. Their graphics are always so pretty. I'm happy with this purchase.
