I like joyous and fun dinnerware during the December holidays. I used the dinnerware to serve chicken and turkey that included all the trimmings like vegetables and cranberries. The Santa Claus dinnerware performed admirably, and I was able to lay both my fork and knife on the top edge of the dinnerware without it sliding into the middle of the plate, being inundated by the food contents. This dinnerware is designed to prevent this situation from happening. This dinnerware offers multiple uses, serving meals and being used in the microwave to reheat food. The plates hold up well and are easy to clean with minimal effort. The holiday Santa Claus designs were very descriptive and matched as shown on the box. I placed the dinnerware in my dishwasher on repeated cycles with no evidence of design fading and/or cracks. As it relates to capacity, I was able to serve five chicken drumsticks with adequate room for other side garnishings. The dinnerware is large enough to handle large amounts of food.
