don’t buy online

Second time I tried to purchase this online. Both times arrived damaged. Don’t bother. The cups are really cute but they don’t care to package adequately. Really surprised at Macy’s doing such poor work.

Image is Misleading!! Disappointed with service!!

I am very disappointed with my purchase of these plates. The image represents the different designs similar to the set of mugs. Unfortunately, I received 6 plates of the same design! The quality is great, but false representation on the Macy's site. Macy's customer service is no help with this issue -- hard to understand customer representatives that do not speak English.
