Bad customer service

This was bad customer service. I ordered a the 3 pc champion sweat suit for my nephews Christmas present. They sent just the hoodie. I contacted customer service and they said they’d have the rest of the order shipped out and that I should have it by the morning of the 24th. Then I get an email that they canceled my order, initiated a return, sent a return label, and issued a refund without any explanation. Now it’s too late to get something else shipped out. I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted the stuff that I bought. Thanks for nothing
