Why would Macy's use Doordash to deliver packages?

I really can't review the item because Macy's used Doordash to deliver my product. The driver delivered it to the wrong address. Macy's said they would expedite a redelivery, but that has been a week ago and I still don't have the item, nor have I received tracking information for the package. Customer service (both times I talked to them) promised tracking information within 48 hours ... and that didn't happen.

Champion for the Win!!

I bought all 3 colors of the cargo sweatpants. This green sweatshirt is of excellent quality. I'm considering black coffee sweatshirt for a perfect match also. The brand my husband prefers.
