I stopped by the Macy’s fragrance department at Santa Anita Mall to get help with a Coco Chanel perfume I had purchased earlier this year, and I just want to share how kind and helpful the team was. The manager came over personally and took the time to listen to my concern, look up my purchase history, and offer a solution right away. She was professional, patient, and genuinely caring — exactly what great customer service should be. The gentleman who assisted me was also so polite and attentive throughout the process. They both went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, and I truly appreciate how thoughtful and understanding they were. It’s rare these days to encounter employees who take such pride in helping customers. Please pass along my sincere thanks to both of them — they turned a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!

I have been using this perfume for years and ran out. I decided to buy a new bottle. I sprayed the perfume and noticed it did not smell like it used to. I thought maybe it was me, so I kept giving it a try. I had a sample of it in my purse and sprayed it on me, and it smelled like the very original one I used to have. Someone even complimented me and asked what perfume I was wearing. That got me thinking about what's going on with the perfume. Are they using cheaper products now? This is a pricey perfume. The sample scent lasted until the next morning as opposed to the one I bought. That doesn't even last. I will not be ordering another one again.
