All in all Macy’s gets 12 stars out of ten. On Wednesday evening I needed to match some GWP lipstick and the Clinique clerk and the Estee clerk wasted no time helping me. I felt like royalty. To continue my story … I’m in my late 70s and use a cane. I was shopping at Macy’s two days ago in the early evening and found some really great deals and so they piled up on one arm with my purse and my cane and then the other arm with my purse and my cane and wanting to try them on I wandered around till I could find a dressing room, finding more things to try on. By the time I had made my selections, I was worn out. I then wandered around trying to find a check out. That’s when I met Bonnie, who treated me like I owned THE STORE. She rang up each individual item to tell me what the price would be with my 30% off coupon and was just genuinely “the kindest clerk I have ever run into”. Bonnie made my whole experience disappear in that final moment of quiet service. Thanks Bonnie!

I wish return it because it’s thick and old . But I hurried to throw away the box , I wonder if it’s possible to return it without the box??
