Fragrance Change

Mademoiselle is One of my All Time Fragrances! I broke my bottle and was devastated . I ordered it on line and I was sooo disappointed when I received it The scent had changed. I read the fragrance on line was different from the store. Needless to say I returned it and it was a sad day! Today I was in the store and it’s true the scent in the store is the real deal… From the Store Chanel is 10 stars!!!! !

I know how this fragrance is supposed to smell, the bottle I received, NOTHING, fragrance dissipates within 30 minutes I use the body lotion to layer, it doesn't matter the fragrance isn't there I am very disappointed this was very expensive I don't know what it is, perhaps Macy's had an old bottle or it wasn't stored correctly. Also I previously purchased a set for my sister, same thing no fragrance I can't recommend what has happened??? We can't be the only ones

Very disappointed I ordered this product on December 8 and it was delivered to the wrong address and I had to wait until 8 January to be replacement. Absolutely disappointed with Service.

I’m so disappointed with this perfume. It’s too expensive and not good. I bought it December and I’m very upset. For $250! No way. I’ve been using perfume that cost way less and it’s a wow!

Damage item

Item came damaged called macys spoke twice to two different people they assured I will get the refund. It has been more than a week nothing very disappointing

The scent is not the same as few years ago.

Something has definitely changed in this perfume. Smells like nothing. I am very upset. This is a very strong perfume but the scent changed. Unless i got an expired bottle. I will definitely change it to another brand.

Just Heavenly

I purchased this fragrance as a Christmas treat for myself. The scent and it's subtle undertones make this perfume Heavenly. I wore it Christmas Eve to a family gathering and recieved many compliments. Another fabulous fragrance from Chanel.
