Not what I thought.

This was my first sponge applicator/blender. I purchased this to apply another Chanel product. It does it’s job and it’s better than a traditional brush. However, it can be difficult to clean and it’s starting to come apart. I’m not sure if I’ll get this again. I like how it applies the product, so I might. One tip. The base comes off of the applicator for cleaning. I really like that and it helps with the sanitary side of things. However, I find it easier to use without the base.
