Surprisingly good lip powder

I bought this after seeing the youTube reviews and was surprised at how much I like this lip balm & powder. The balm is fine, nothing particularly special. The powder, when layered over the balm, creates a matte finish that has medium staying power. But what i really enjoyed was laying the power over other creamy lip colors instead of the balm, to create a much longer-lasting finish without any dryness, enough the the powder would mattify a creme lipstick quite well and amp up the color. also, I found that you can spread this like a paint rather than pat it on (which the videos always showed) and it works well, taking much less time. The little lip brush is surprisingly effective and has enough sharpness to create a good lip liner & bow. I bought the middle shade, Pompean (sic), and its very spring-like red. Am considering springing for the darker red as well.

My new favorite lipstick!

I bought this because of a review on utube by Nikki Tutorials. I thought it was an intriguing idea of a powder pigment applied over a semi gloss base. The color is absolutely beautiful, it lasts and lasts, and the formula is neither drying nor super wet. Perfection. You put the clear base on first, then the pigment over that. It comes with two small but very effective brushes to apply with. Total love. I bought the red one and the color is exquisite and it wears like a dream.
