Disappointed Traveler

I received this item in used condition not new. I have lots of pictures of the outside and inside and neither is in new condition. The outside has scratches all over as if someone used a Brillo pad to wipe it down. I contacted Macys to return because this was my second return to the same company because I received in used condition. The company refunded the item without request for a return which did not help because I don’t have a usable item so I discarded and I don’t trust the company because they did not take accountability after I sent them pictures obviously they just wanted the whole situation to just go away. I will post the pictures! Buyer Beware!
