Not What I Expected
Not firm pillows. Also the feathers will stick out and poke you.

Comfy When Stacked
Nice pillow and comfy when stacked with the other pillow that comes in the package ....but you need, at minimum, 2 pillows (because the pillows are very flat and minimally stuffed.) Four pillows = 2 orders results in a luxurious comfort level.

The pillows were extremely flat when you lay on them. Definitely not worth the money

Since these pillows do have down filling, they do have a certain softness, but the blend with the Suprelle fibers provide volume and support with a sustainable softness and steady support.

Lead Weight Pillows
I’m really disappointed in these pillows, since I have some Charisma sheets that I love. These are very heavy, and your head pretty much sinks down to the bottom if you attempt to use it while on your side. And here’s the most important part. I thought maybe they made a mistake and sent the “medium firm” instead of the “firm” that I had ordered. I checked the pillow tags for any label information…nothing saying firm or med firm. I looked at the package label…says Kingsize, and also says “Charisma Luxe Down Filled…”, but even on the package label…NOTHING saying firm. I had purchased these in both king and standard size, and exact same situation with the standard size. Even the packing slip gives me ZERO information with regard to if I got “firm” or “medium firm”. So since the pillows themselves and the packaging don’t state this anywhere, and the pillows I received definitely don’t feel firm, I don’t really have any idea what I received!

great pillow
This is a comfortable pillow like in some luxury hotels. But you need to put 2 pillows together otherwise it is too soft and flat. The fabric quality is very good without any bad odor.
Slept Like a Baby
I've been looking for a good pillow for the longest time. This pillow is super soft and firm. It doesn't flatten after 8 hours of sleep. In fact, I slept like a baby. It feels like one of those comfy hotel pillows that I can never find in stores.
