I’m 58 and have somewhat narrow feet. I bought my regular size 6.5 and they fit nice. I wore a thin hose like sock. These are expensive looking. The heel height is why I bought them in dark taupe. I wanted a non block heel boot to wear with skirts to look feminine. Coming back to get them in black. I have non skinny calves and these fit. Look at shaft circumference if you have large calves.
