A wrinkle nightmare

Wrinkles SO bad. Even ironing doesn’t get all the wrinkles out. Looks terrible! I bgt this for another room years ago and it was MUCH higher quality.

Delightful on my bed

I love this cover for my duvet. Its crisp and smooth look is very attractive and it's soft and cool to sleep under. I highly recommend it. The remarkable thing is Macy's shipping each time I order. I placed the duvet order at noon one day and an hour later I had an email saying that my order was shipped. It arrived to me in Hawaii in three days.

Terrible experience with Macy’s shipping

Duvet cover was shipped to the wrong address. We never received it and cannot figure out where it ended up despite my address being very clear in the instructions.
