Returned due to a manufacturing flaw

Great sweater for the price

I usually prefer lambs wool or merino wool to cashmere because they hold up better and longer. But this sweater was such a good deal that I could not resist. The design is great and it has a nice shape --neither too bulky nor too tight. It is a rich cafe latte color, and has the wonderful softness of cashmere. I don't know how many seasons it will last, but even if it is not many, the price was so good that I will not mind. Thank you Macys!

Makes Winter A Little Better

I love these cashmere sweaters so much I ask for 1 every year at Christmas. I have 5 with the addition of this one and I love them all! The cut makes it easy to style anyway you see fit, under leather biker jacket, tucked into a long satin skirt with a belt ,there are endless possibilities. I would say they run true to size and hit right below the waist. They are so soft and on the thinner side. Makes it easy to tuck , or untucked either way they look great. I am always cold and find these keep me warm and comfortable. They are fitted but not tight so can easily put a shirt or collared shirt underneath. With the right care these will last a very long time as which is great because they are timeless fashion staple!

Not a good quality

The product I received was neither of good quality nor in good condition. It looked like it was covered in sparkly dust and possibly in cat hair, likely a returned product that was not restored to proper condition before being resold. Giving it a 2 not a 1 because it was not torn or ripped.

Don’t buy from Macys, they went down hill

The sweater came with a huge black stain on it and torn up. Ridiculous for a company that I used to trust.

Dismayed and Disappointed

This Charter Club 100 Cashmere Womens V-Neck Long Sleeve Sweater arrived in a timely manner but upon opening it I was dismayed to notice a very noticeable smell of perfume. It was obvious that the sweater had been sold and worn by another, probably returned, and then resold to me as new! Attached to the sweater was a "reticket tag" which confirmed the prior sale of the garment. How the sweater was allowed to be resold as new is mystery to me but I'm completely disappointed in Macy's customer service. And now I'll have to either take the time to return it through the mail or drive to a store and return it there. Totally unacceptable either way.
