perfect

I was thrilled when I received this skirt. The color is the same as in the picture, it's chiffon and flawless, I am planning to wear it on mock neck black top and black boots. The length is what I wanted under my knee. I got a size small and fits perfect , even though the waist is a little snug but I like it as it is, because I have a small waist though, I am 150 LBs, 5ft 4in
