Very Disappointed

I purchased these to replace an identical set that had lasted for years. But these sheets are not the same quality. They pilled (developed those annoying fuzzy balls) almost immediately, making them uncomfortable to sleep on and unsightly to look at. I’m very disappointed.

Item arrived open

My item arrived open and the delivery person ignored the sign that asked for them to knock on the door to avoid theft and instead sat the package on the steps and left. I was sitting close to the door and only knew it arrived when I received the confirmation text.

Disappointed

I don’t have a problem with macys. The problem I am having is that they have the most disgusting poor horrible service ever. Just imagine packages being delivered to your home. No phone call, and no doorbell rung. And your packages is being left in and unsafe location. Anyone could have picked the packages up and go with it. Without letting the customer know anything. So disappointed!!!!!😔
