One glass broken

One glass arrived totally smashed. I returned them. I went to reorder them and they were out of stock. I wish there had been some way I could have kept the one good glass.

Over priced Wal-mart

Macy's has turned out to be an over priced wal-mart. I was lied to from 4 different customer service representative. I was told after I figured out that my dishes weren't coming for Christmas dinner that I had to wait 15 days to cancel order. There was a time when shopping at Macy's it was customers were respected and cherished,not any more. I will never shop at Macy's again. Not one sorry from anyone not even from their corporate office. Macy's should be ashamed of themselves
