Smells strongly of perfume.

When I opened up the quilt package the smell of perfume was so strong! I washed it once and put it on my bed and the smell was still so strong that when I slept under it that night I woke up with a terrible migraine (synthetic fragrance is one of my migraine triggers). Since then I've washed two more times (I used baking soda, vinegar rinse, etc) and the perfume smell is still so strong I'm going to have to give it away to someone to get it out of my house. I don't understand why Macy's products smell so strong of perfume. I ordered a dress a month ago and had to air it out for a few weeks before I could wear it. Could you please change whatever your practices are that send out your products which such a strong perfume smell? A lot of people are environmentally sensitive to synthetic fragrances.

I bought the Queen size. I read the reviews and many said to go a size up. If you want the full coverage as pictured, you will need a King. I love the Queen. It covers the top mattress fine,hanging over the lower mattress and I have a bed skirt. It is lovely!! Need I say how wonderful the 100% cotton is?? Colors match my biege curtains, are beautiful. The colors are blue green. I've been looking for a 100% cotton quilt for years!! This will sell out.

Lovely, light weight quilt. Purchased the King Size to ho on a Queen Size bed. It hangs over nicely on both sides & over the footboard, so it doesn't look skimpy. Good quality.
