This king size quilt fits our bed very well with a 12” mattress and bed pillows stacked two high. It’s a thin quilt with softness and bend right out of the bag. Further washings will only make it softer. The colors are muted, but with enough saturation that it doesn’t look washed out. The quilting gives the illusion at first glance that the stitching follows the pattern in the fabric, but the quilting is actually a square grid on the diagonal. This gives the look of a more expensive quilt. I love the classic pattern with a contrasting border. The florals can transition through the seasons because of the shades of orange/rust and muted greens. It’s winter time in the north and our ski themed pillow does not seem out of place on the bed. I’ve been looking for a new quilt for quite awhile and am so happy with this purchase. Well worth the sale price.

Super cute pattern, love the under side pattern as well. Colors aren’t as vibrant as the photos.

Color is not as depicted. It is a much duller color.
Smells strongly of perfume.
When I opened up the quilt package the smell of perfume was so strong! I washed it once and put it on my bed and the smell was still so strong that when I slept under it that night I woke up with a terrible migraine (synthetic fragrance is one of my migraine triggers). Since then I've washed two more times (I used baking soda, vinegar rinse, etc) and the perfume smell is still so strong I'm going to have to give it away to someone to get it out of my house. I don't understand why Macy's products smell so strong of perfume. I ordered a dress a month ago and had to air it out for a few weeks before I could wear it. Could you please change whatever your practices are that send out your products which such a strong perfume smell? A lot of people are environmentally sensitive to synthetic fragrances.
