Good selection but no assistance

We have been purchasing from Macy's at Galleria Mall Ft. Lauderdale, Macy's at Plantation and Macy's at Aventura Mall. They all have one thing in common: good selection of products (household, bedding, fashion), but very short on assistance. If by any chance we could track down a person to ask a question, or where we can find certain product, he/she knows nothing about the location or products they sell. Very low caliber employees.

This duvet cover was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something white, textured, and 100% cotton. It fits my duvet perfectly and is a lovely, neutral addition to the room. The weight has been good for mild winter and I suspect will be fine for summer as well. The quality seems good and it washed well. Would recommend
