Very pleased.

This quilt is beautiful and it fits my bed perfectly. I love the softness of the cotton fabric and the soft backing. It doesn't slide around the bed as a previous one did. Glad I purchased it on a great sale.

Red Flags on Macys Delivery

I placed an order for this item on the 6apr24. It never shipped.After several excruciating calls promising delivery, it never happened. Still pending a refund to my gift card. Bad customer service.

Missing pieces and poor customer service.

The item pictured is quilt with 2 pillow shams. I paid extra for overnight delivery but the package did not arrive for several days. When it did only the quilt was delivered, the pillow shams were missing. I called customer service to tell them and ask what could be done. I was treated disrespectfully and got no help.

Disappointed Warmth

I love the color palette of this quilt; however, I was disappointed that there were no pillow shams with this quilt for the price. This is listed as a "Last Act" item, so I am unable to return it. Very disappointed and the picture is very deceiving. Searching for pillow shams and they are not listed.
