Extremely disappointed!

I always buy a zip front robe for both spring and winter. This year I decided to buy two winter robes as I couldn’t decide between the two—I really should have chosen only one! For this robe I picked the gray and was in love until the first wash/dry episode—from that day forward it has been nothing but “balls” front and back on this robe—and I washed and dried as instructed! Just don’t get it! If it weren’t too late I would return it! I have never been this disappointed with a product from Macy’s/MissElaine’s.

Great product

When I received this robe I put on and now I put it on as much as I can. It fits really nice, it is so soft and warm. I like a little big in my robes so it is perfect. I LOVE, love this robe.

love yourself well with this lovely robe

Soft and comfortable, I love my new robe! I enjoy wrap robes as well but I believe a zip robe keeps me warmer in this harsh New Engand winter. I enjoy cold weather as long as I am inside, wrapped up in this cozy robe and sipping on a good cup of coffee You will not regret purchasing this, trust me. Macy's.......where I shop when I want to invest in quality items that I can use year after year.

I love this robe by Charter Club. I had a previous one which lasted about 5 years but it finally got worn Highly recommend this robe.

Comfy, soft robe!

I purchased this robe for an upcoming trip to Michigan over the Christmas holidays. The robe is like wearing one of the those plush blankets! When my sister saw it and felt it, she wanted one too. I was able to order it and, luckily it was still on sale and in her size. It was quickly delivered and we we able to wear our matching robes! You won’t be sorry with this purchase!!
