Awesome Summer Sandals!

I bought the Charter Club Luchia Platform Sandals in Black. So comfortable, lightweight and the 2 inches heel is perfect for me. I was hesitant in ordering at first because I thought it may hurt my feet because it’s not leather. I wore it for 6 hours the first time and it didn’t hurt. It even looks good on my wide feet.

I only wore these shoes twice and the band came out of the sole of the sandal. I called customer service and they said more than 30 days have gone by so no refund or replacement. I loved the shoes otherwise so this is very disappointing. I will be hesitant to buy shoes from here if the quality is not going to last.
