Haven’t received my order yet after 10 days

Today is Oct 17th. Ordered on Oct. 7th, tracking info never updated. Very disappointing to Macy’s. I was a loyal customer before.

Stained

I received this beautiful duvet. Really good quality and it was exactly what I was expecting but it has a stain. I’m boomed. This never happened before. Not so happy after all.

Cozy duvet

I’m like the warmth. I got this as a replacement to what was supposed to be identical item. It is not the same as the one bought 10yrs ago. The new cover is a little thicker/rougher
