Received wrong item

I never received the item. I received a black sweater instead of the vanilla oversized scarf, and now the scarf is not available.

Not 100% Cashmere

This does not feel like 100% cashmere. It feels like it's blended with synthetic fibers. I I realized with the price point that might be the case, but tried it anyway, and was disappointed. It is not soft like real cashmere and it did not even keep me warm. I compared it with a quality cashmere garment I have and it didn't come close to being as soft or as good of quality. Even though the color is beautiful, it sheds quite a bit so it's not compatible with dark clothing. I will be returning.

Manufacturers are dupping Macys

My friend wore a beautiful cashmere wrap out to dinner I got on my phone at dinner and ordered the same exact one. Hers and the picture show a large oversized soft cashmere wrap in a beautiful camel color I have the picture off the website. What I got was an 8 inch wide itchy sort of beige and white scarf not a wrap with a cable design in what felt like Brillo. Macy’s when you have items shipped directly from the manufacturer you have no way of knowing what they ship! When I returned it to the store the cashier even said you have to be returning this because it feels like Brillo little did she know it was also supposed to be a wrap not a scarf!

I can't review something I have not received yet. It's disappointing that this shipment is running late. I hope it is here before Christmas. I ordered it on December 12.
