Very comfortable

I bought a new firm pillow top mattress and put my +/-8 year-old Charter Club pad on top. I was close to returning the mattress, thinking it was too firm, and then decided to try replacing the pad first. What a difference. This new one cushions the bed perfectly for my bony body.

Disappointed

The package arrived in an airtight package. After opening it and letting it sit for two days it never became fluffy or firm. It is still flat and does not provide mattress protection, as expected. I’m still able to fold it and place it in its original packaging. Very disappointed because this was an expensive purchase and did not meet expectations.
