Quality not what it used to be

I but lots of cashmere every year and bought this same sweater last year. This year is far worse quality than in the past: received in September and there's already a hole in the elbow!? Less soft, far thinner, pilled n the first wear and already work out. Very disappointing.

Shaving the pills away and not much left.

Pilled badly upon first wearing!!!! Such a pretty color and so very soft, but alas!

No communication about order

I really like this style sweater. But it took almost 4 weeks to have the package delivered. I emailed customer service several times and did not get any response, either. I know these are very difficult times. We need to remember to be polite and please respond when a client has a question about an order.

I love my sweater. Its comfortable and soft, its not itchy at all. I wish it had come in more colors. T he price was right also. Very happy with my purchase.I highly recommend buying this item.

Love love love it

Wow got this sweater on a flash sale and it is absolutely beautiful on the thin side which for Florida is perfect soft comfortable roomy and the shirt tail makes it long enough (perfect) to wear with leggings
