NICE SHEET SET BUT FLAWED.

Looked everywhere for a specific sheet set and finall found it at Macy's. Ordering was easy, price good, delivery fast. One small flaw as if the spot was bleached was unfortunately on one of the pillow cases (photo attached). This item was a final sale and could not be returned, but that should not be for a flawed item and would really have liked a replacement for the flawed item Otherwise, a very nice sheet set.

Lovely sheets, lackluster shipping

The sheets are lovely and soft, the high quality I have come to expect from Macy's products. Unfortunately, tracking status on the delivery was confusing, and the package was lost in transit. After finally getting notification that the package was lost, I called customer service. The service rep was pleasant and helpful, and the final result was receipt of the package a couple of days later. I am happy with the product and with my customer service experience, but problems with shipping will make me hesitate to place orders for delivery in the future so I could not give a full five stars.

Great Value on Sale

I bought the green plaid for my guest room, and the guests loved the sheets. I washed them before use, and there was no pilling and very little shedding. I ended up buying a second set for my bed. They’ve been washed multiple times and have held up very well. I definitely recommend.
