Item was worn and not new product. Returned

Item arrived in a plastic bag, rolled into a ball with the receipt scotch taped directly on the sweater. Used, worn , perfume odor, hair, white lint all over it. Obviously worn and returned, passed onto an online customer. Definitely was not a new product. Will return. This is becoming a frequent problem with online purchasing through Macy’s. Returned / worn products are being passed off as new . Packaging is ripped, torn, boxes are falling apart, not used to doing business with a company that is selling product that’s been used by someone else.

Every bit as plush as the cashmere I buy at Talbots. Hopefully it will wear well.
