Color Not Right. No Even Exchange Available

I placed an online order for 2 of these rugs in "Silver". The color is in no way silver or silvery, it is a very light gray that didn't look good on my tile, nor did the color pick up the silver that is in my shower curtain. I really like the rugs, so five days after I placed the online order, I took the rugs back to the store to exchange for the same rugs in a different color. According to the young lady that they don't make and even exchange. She 'returned' the original set of rugs, the applied the amount I paid to the purchase of the new rugs leaving me a balance owing of around $10.00. I was so surprised to find that Macy's doesn't make even exchanges. That will certainly influence my future purchases. I recommend the rugs, I don't recommend the customer treatment.
