Superb Service

From the moment entering the store, I was pleased with the service in the return dept. The jewelry dept was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm very acquainted with Charter Club merchandise, it style, quality, and price. The service in cookware was "Superb." Miss Dawn was "Absolutely" a "Pro." Her knowledge, friendliness, helpfulness, and determination to please was beyond the call of duty. She order my merchandise, shared sale information, and walked me to exit of the store. Miss Dawn is a KEEPER! So, Grateful!
