Not a true King

Unfortunately I washed these before putting on my bed otherwise I would have returned it. The size is much longer and wider than a King. Maybe a California King? Also, when I removed the sheets from the dryer (promptly!) they were a wrinkled mess! I’m only keeping them because I love the color. I would not recommend.

TERRIBLE WRINKLING

I have purchased Charter Club sheets for many years. I am very disappointed with the wrinkling of this set. I dryer top and bottom sheets separately, did not over dry and removed and folded them right away. I had to iron sheets to look presentable.

Too Large

I bought these to replace and old set and they are much larger than they used to be. So large in fact that they don't snuggly hold my pillow and the pillow flattens out. I needed to return them because of this.

Customer service

This is not about the product. I called the customer service line 5-10 lines. Some of them were passive aggressive. Some of them couldn't speak English well. They made this process more of a hassle than it needed to be. Ordering things on an online, and calling them on the phone is a definitive no going forward.

Not so good

This was my second set . I got it at a discount but after a year of use it star deteriorating really fast . I have several sets of sheet so I probably had used around 30 times. For the quality they advertised it is not worth the price even at a discount.
