Perfume/customer service lacking

Perfumed items. New to me, but sheets had been out to another customer, I found the sheets stinky with scented laundry detergent agents and a there were printed signs of a previous return. I asked for replace sheets, which were only part of my order. My entire order was reshipped, which I attribute to the language barrier, as could I NOT understand customer service representative’s words, she had a thick accent, and judging from her reshipping the order in it’s entirety, when I only mentioned SHEETS, I think she could not understand English.

Crooked pillow cases

I ordered the King pool blue set. Quality seems nice, thick. However, the pillow cases are less than 20" wide and sewn a little crooked, and I haven't even washed them yet. That is disappointing.
