I cannot figure out how to put it together with duvet. It's very pretty, though. I wish I could return for now, it's useless. *I even googled "putting on a duvet"...

Excellent Quality
The Charter Club duvet cover was exactly as pictured. It fitted my king size bed perfectly, and the material was smooth and soft. I was a little concerned that the color was 'pink' but it looked pastel on the site and was indeed a lovely shade of pink. I have since machine washed it, and it washed well with absolutely no loss of color or texture. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Macy’s Misleading Photos & Final Sale Trap
I intended to buy a comforter set, but Macy’s misleading product photos caused me to receive a comforter cover set instead. Macy’s uses the same images for both products even though they are not the same. When browsing search results, both items appear together with identical photos, making it very easy to order the wrong item. This is not a minor mistake. Product images are how customers shop, and Macy’s knows that. Using identical photos for different products is misleading and irresponsible. When I tried to return the item, I found out it was marked as a “Last Act” final sale and could not be returned. Macy’s misleads customers with unclear images and then deliberately removes the ability to fix the mistake by hiding behind a final-sale policy. Now I’m stuck with something I never intended to buy. Macy’s should take responsibility and allow returns when their product images cause customer errors.
