Great product. Had a problem with shipping. Delivery was late and I paid extra to UPS for holding the item since I had to go out of town and didn't want it to get stolen.

Pillow came with a terrible smell since day one and weeks later same smell it never went away. Unfortunately we are unable to use them.
Great pillows
I ordered two of these pillows (king size) to replace my old Charter Club set. I received one very firm/full pillow, and another that was visibly less full. Both were comfortable, however I wanted to have a matching set; I ordered another one and received another very firm/full pillow and returned the odd one. Happy with the set, and the return was easy.
