The smell is toxic, it made me ill and my whole room got the toxic smell. Is only 80% down, not 100% as announced.

Great help by Macys employee

Pillow is denser than expected. Would have liked to see more options in store. Melba at the Mid Rivers Mall St Peters MO store was very helpful. She took the time to look up options including at other stores.
