Poor sizing

The pants run extremely short. I am 5ft 6 and they fall a little below my calf.

Cashmere pants

Very comfortable, great quality as expected, very soft to the roach they fit perfect, although the elastic in the waist is a bit tight, hopefully it’ll loosen up with wear! For reference I’m 4”11 136 lbs got a lil belly, I ordered a medium sized and it fits perfectly it’s a little long but if I pull it up a little bit will do it! Happy with this purchase!

Online Sales Clerk Ordered Purposely Ordered Wrong

I’m not satisfied at all! I spoke on the phone with a Macy’s Representative. We were on the phone for 45 minutes. The reason why it took so long I needed the sweater and pants in Petite Large. Which she was able to find! The Rep was very patient and customer service was great! I don’t know how it happened but we got disconnected. I called back and got a different Rep. He took my order however I had to repeat several times I need it in Petite Large. He stated okay got it! When the order came through my email it was not a petite large! He ordered a large. When I called back Macy’s was closed. The very next day I called and was not able to canceled the order because it was out to be shipped. I excepted the order but now I have to pay to have the pants altered. I have shopped at Macy’s for many many years. I’m very unhappy with getting disconnected and the salesman ordering what I did not request! I feel this was done deliberately!

Inconsistent

I purchased this set last year from Charter Club. It was a different style and color but also cashmere. I liked it so much I decided to purchase this set in the brown for this year. This set is not nearly the same quality. Very thin cashmere. Also, the pants are not true to size. I purchased them in size small and the waist was so tight, I returned the small and ordered them in a medium thinking that would solve the problem. Wrong! The size medium was still too tight in the waist and the rise was too short. I am ordering them in a large and hope they fit. Come on Charter Club! You can do better than this!
