love the dress, but not the holes

This is my second Charter Club cashmere item. I love the color, the softness, and the style of the dress; however, its got holes! I’ve only worn the dress maybe five times and it’s got holes. I don’t understand how. I thought cashmere was supposed to be good quality material. Help me understand.
