Small, not flowy

I usually wear an XL or L in bottoms. These were snug and nowhere full like the picture looks in an XL. Maybe they would work on smaller people if you sized up.

I like the print. Unfortunately I had to return. I purchased the matching top and pants. I bought my usual size medium but the outfit runs large.
