Wrong description on the material

The dress is well-made, and true to size (I'm 5'5" 112 lbs bought size XS) . However, it is Not made of 100% cotton as mentioned on the description. It's made of 100% Rayon, only the liner is cotton. I bought this dress because I thought it's 100% cotton. It's a kind of thick for summer dress. Not sure whether I want to keep it or return it.

runs true to size, but looks so baggy and not for summer time, the material is very thick though the color is nice.
