defective zipper

This coat has a defective zipper. It is past the Macy's return window of 30 days, which is ridiculously short. This coat was worn only a couple times last winter and now I am stuck with a defective item. I have had a Macy's account (was Daytons at that time) since 1966. The quality of the merchandise and store policies are no longer acceptable.
