Beautiful watch/Defective clasp

I loved this watch, the first one I ordered I absolutely loved it, however I lost it, I ordered another one exactly the same and the same thing happened. These watches have defective clasp and you will loose it. I called Macys and they pretty much told me to bad. The would not help me. I didn’t hav3 the box but the item was put on my macys card. Not happy. Do not purchase this watch.
