Irregular structure

34B bust, 26" waist, 38" hips, ordered med white & grey. The white had one shoulder taller & puffier but other shoulder was shorter & narrower. The grey both shoulders perfect but the lips not very well defined. Unfortunately everything is order online & wait for delivery. So you can't see,touch,try on before hand sooo frustrating after waiting to then get something totally diff than picture, poor quality or irregular structure, at dept store prices. Miss walking into store be waited on by sales rep, finding perfect last minute item & wearing out that evening.
