Received wrong order twice!

I ordered this top online and they sent me an entirely different top-different brand, different color, different size, different style. I re-ordered the top and the same thing happened again! Another different brand, style, size, etc. How does this even happen? And twice?

Elegant, but all around blouse

Beautiful blouse. Went well with black skirt. Made well and at a good price. Recommend for a variety of outfits.

Very nice. Bought in e colors. Haven’t worn yet. The white one is stunning but going to wait till I’m a little tan to wear it. The others (navy, pink) will go fine with jeans. Perfect work shirt.
