Too firm

It feels nice and cool, but it’s much firmer than I expected. It puts pressure on my nerves, so I wake up with more headaches and neck pain.

Cool gel ok, neck support not so much

I liked the cooling gel feature,however,I found the pillow to not have the firm head and neck support that I personally needed.The concavity design didn't work well for me.
