Comfy but

My husband and I love this mattress pad. First time I cleaned it was just a spot clean. This year, 2nd year after my purchase, I decided to machine wash it as tag shows. Big mistake! One of the sides was torn when I took it out of the washer. Put it in the dryer and a couple spots are burnt! Not sure why it would burn when I used medium heat? I might buy another one of the same item but I just won’t machine wash it. I’m so disappointed and blamed myself for washing it in the machine! I have an extra capacity washer & dryer, so maybe I’ll be washing it in a laundromat that has commercial sized washers and dryers if I buy it again.

Not happy

I left it for 3 day to allow plenty of time for it to expand, shaking, shaking as recommended. It puffed up nicely. But once you lie on it, it flattens out. I expected better from Macy's. It is definitely not worth the price, even on sàle.

Very heavy, can't imagine fitting in a washing machine. Too much fill so that there is no support at all. Very lumpy, returning.
