Pump not working.

The product looks nice but the pump doesn’t seem to be working. After cleaning the reservoirswith soapy water as directed I tried to run the clean cycle but no water came out. I think the pump is broken.

Great cup of espresso

It's very easy to use makes a great cup of espresso. It is not in the directions that there is a plug in the tank so we did flood the counter a few times

Help!

I just bought this espresso machine today, i started with the clean cycle and nothing but a little bit of water from the frother came out. I tried double shot of espresso with just water, no espresso in the portafilter and nothing is coming out.
